The Making Process

From Coconut Palm to Hand-Bottled Arak

Step 01

Coconut Sap Tapping

The sap is collected directly from the flowers of the coconut palm in the morning and afternoon.

Step 02

Tuak Fermentation Process

Fresh coconut sap is allowed to naturally ferment into tuak, which serves as the primary ingredient in making arak.

Step 03

Wood-Fired Distillation

The tuak is heated over a traditional wood-fired stove in a traditional pot, producing vapor that is condensed into arak.
