Coconut Sap Tapping
Tuak Fermentation Process
Wood-Fired Distillation
Packaging into Bottles
The sap is collected directly from the flowers of the coconut palm in the morning and afternoon.
The coconut sap is naturally fermented into fresh tuak, which serves as the base ingredient.
The tuak is heated over a traditional wood-fired stove until the vapor flows and is distilled into arak.
The arak is allowed to rest briefly before being carefully bottled by hand.
